John Wick: Chapter 4 Release Date and What Can We Expect

 After the third film, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, John Wick 4 seemed unavoidable, was ending on a major cliffhanger for Keanú Reeves.

Of course, it helped in achieving a big hit in the box office of the third film, which was more than the two previous films combined. It's therefore no surprise that, shortly after the Parabellum release, Lionsgate confirmed Chapter 4. What we didn't expect was a fifth film, even though the fourth film was delayed caused by global pandemic. 

Before the release of the third movie, Reeves had said he'd keep going as John Wick "as far as my legs can take me, as far as the audience wants to go", so don't rule out further movies in the series.

John Wick Chapter 4 Cast Revealed

As John Wick, the main leading actor Keanu Reeves is returning. We all know that without Keanu Reeves, there can be no John Wick movie. The film is in its initial days and it has yet to be confirmed that the actors will feature in the fourth chapter. Some of the familiar faces, such as Laurence Fishburne, will return and this time have more scenes.

At the time of writing, John Wick chapter 4 will  be released on May 27th, 2022 in the UK and US. Currently, Reeves is shooting Matrix 4 for Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow in Berlin, Germany. Reeves shot Matrix: Reloaded and Matrix: Revolutions (parts 2 and 3 of that franchise) back to back from March 2001 to August 2002.
