Ozan Akbaba, Hazal Subaşı, and Deniz Can Aktaş the main roles. The series is adapted from the South Korean series Dr. Romantic.

Kasaba Doktoru Synopsis
The story follows the brilliant Omer, who decided to become a doctor after the death of his father, and the great surgeon Hakan, who dedicated his life to rescuing lives. The resolute fight of three doctors who try their utmost to aid people will be portrayed in a local hospital in the city, which brings together MD Hakan, mer, and the idealistic MD Leyla.
Following his father's death, Omer (Deniz Can Aktaş) wants to be a doctor. It will follow Ali (Ozan Akbaba), a surgeon dedicated to saving lives, as he crosses paths and events in a hospital in a town. The town's hospital will bring together surgeon Ali, mer, and doctor Leyla (Hazal Subaş). The series will follow the lives of three doctors who are dedicated to helping others and making a difference in their lives.
